  1. I purchased two pieces of the Santa Fe III luggage and have a problem.
    The large 28″ handle system is broken. Not able to push and pull up.

    How can I get this repaired or replaced? It was expensive and have only used it a couple times.

  2. I have the same problem with a broken handle as above. Only used it a few times. Ten year warranty, but can’t get anyone to return my call from the number given. What good is a warranty with no one caring to return a call with information!
